The Account Executive (Client Services) APAC is a member of the executive management team and is focused on developing and maintaining client relationships across APAC.
They are responsible for new customer acquisition, growth and the overall customer relationship for targeted APAC accounts.
We are looking for someone with a passion in helping clients solve problems and providing them with sustainable value; and supporting our business targets by implementing strategic growth plans and delivering sales results.

Ability to travel regularly within APAC region is essential.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Develops and maintains close professional relationships with all assigned clients & regulators across APAC.
- Consult directly with clients and regulators to identify their needs and market position, and provide viable, efficient solutions resulting in high levels of client trust and lasting relationships.
- Maintain a strong understanding of gaming regulations and procedures
- Responsible for sales activities from lead generation through contract signing, and post-service follow-ups for the achievement of customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
- Participates in tradeshows and conferences, present at seminars raising the profile of GLI.
- Identify business opportunities and proven ability to drive commercial sales to meet or exceed revenue targets by delivering unmatched value to our clients
- Disciplined use of company systems for sales tracking (CRM).
- Extract data from company database into Excel workbooks for budget and performance analysis
- Maintains accurate records and prepares reports for senior management as required.
- Customer roadmap aspirations to be shared with the operations team

**Client Engagement**:

- Ensure a solid understanding of their customers/client expectations and develop plans to ensure they are being met.
- Identify opportunities for client satisfaction and increasing/protecting revenue.
- Develops, documents, and executes client specific engagement strategies to build and maintain strategic relationships with operational staff.
- Key Customer Visits and weekly/monthly new customer management calls.

**Skills/Experience**:

- Ability to make and deliver convincing presentations to large audiences and to communicate effectively with all levels within an organization
- High level of document writing and editing skills using PPT, Word and Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, certificate or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Sales or a related field preferred
- A minimum of five (5) years of previous sales/development experience required.
- Previous experience in technical services or the gaming industry is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and passport
- Must have the ability to travel across APAC region up to 40% of the time post Covid-19 restrictions, including occasionally on short notice
