**Job Description**:
We have an opportunity for a Procurement Officer. This position will see you engage with various stakeholders across the enterprise.

Reporting to the Procurement Manager and liaising within project teams, this role will see you;
- Managing Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and Invoicing;
- Responsible for the administration of Labour Hire Engagements including; rate negotiations, development of Labour Hire agreements, purchase order and ongoing management;
- Managing the Labour Hire engagement database and developing templates for use in engagement of new Labour Hire Resources;
- Developing and distributing procurement reports including monthly expenditure, purchase order/purchase requisition metrics and non-purchase order payments;
- Processing In-Country Vendor Invoices including billing account creation, vendor profile management and reporting;
- Managing PO Funding and raising SLICS tickets

**Qualifications**:
You bring experience in a corporate administrative role and a great attitude.
Our team support each-other, work hard and look for opportunities to improve our processes and outcomes for the business, so a similar mindset is essential

You have:

- The ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
- Skills in engaging and influencing key stakeholders
- Proven experience in identifying issues and providing positive outcomes
- Experience in a similar Procurement role (valuable but not essential)
