**Job Description**:
We have an opportunity for a Procurement Officer. This position will see you engage with various stakeholders across the enterprise.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement and liaising within project teams, this role will see you:
Provide support to projects and other procurement representatives /officers as required;
- Contribute to solutions to complex problems faced by stakeholders;
- Management of procurement requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing and closeout;
- Management of consultancy agreements and professional services agreements with job duties to include: rate negotiations, development of consultancy agreement, transactional procurement and proactive management;
- Generation of standard reporting across the procurement function;
- Undertake approach to markets for procurements including; identify vendors, issue Request for Quotations/Proposals/Tender (RFQ/P/T); analysis of vendor responses, contract award and post award management;
- Support proposal development for on contract growth opportunities;
- Collaboration with US and Australia based accounts payable teams for vendor set up, in country vendor invoice processes

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams in a dynamic environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in tight timeframes
- Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new tools and systems
- Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders
- Proven experience in identifying issues and providing positive outcomes
- Flexible, can-do attitude and demonstrated proactivity
- Un-negotiable ethics and strong collaboration skills
