**You organisation**

This values driven organisation in the health field have an immediate contract role for an experienced Procurement Officer. Based in the Eastern suburbs you will be joining a supportive environment and will have a busy role supporting the wider procurement team.

**Your role**:
Reporting into the Procurement Specialist, your role will include:

- Manage the procurement cycle including contracts administration, template administration and reviewing plans with the management team
- Assist with tendering, data provision, contract status/activity progress reporting, planning, contract issuing and execution.
- Deliver on all procurement-related administration requirements including all processes that enable a contract to be signed off
- Database administration and updates as required
- Preparation of management reports and collation of data required for the wider team
- Effectively business partner with people ensuring end to end procurement administration is delivered in full and on time
- Ensure effective and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute and develop quality systems and have the ability to manage your own workload

**About You**

You will be an experienced Procurement Officer who has worked independently and as part of a team. You will either come from a procurement or purchasing background with knowledge of tenders, templates and contact administration.

You will have the desire to work in a values driven organisation with integrity and teamwork at its core for a 4 month-contract in the Eastern suburbs.
