Customer Excellence means everything to us and we are seeking an enthusiastic, engaging, and positive individual who cares about providing customers with outstanding service. **YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES** Reporting to the Planning & Purchasing Manager ANZ, you will be an integral member of our Procurement Team of four. You will be responsible for all end-to-end procurement activities from creation of PO to closure of PO on goods receipt and maintaining and supporting positive stakeholder relationships. You will be an absolute collaborator and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills are key. Data entry requires critical thinking, and you must have a proactive, collaborative mindset. You will be required to: - Follow internal compliance standards, releasing approved purchase orders to vendors via SAP - Review order acknowledgements from vendors to identify any deviations in relation to product/quantity/price/payment terms - Maintain POs and regularly catch up with vendors relating to delivery of goods Maintain/expedite/delay all open POs and ensure estimated delivery (ETD) and estimated arrival dates (ETA’s) are kept up to date - Create inbound documents for shipments and park invoices - Manage shipping documentation requirements consulting with key stakeholders - 3PL providers, freight forwarders and finance team - Conduct COFA (Certificate of analysis) checks and record findings - Receipt in goods on receipt of COFA and POD (proof of delivery) - Ensure timely receipt of all inbound inventory - Raise and record quality non-compliance issues - Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives - Actively/constructively participate in regular Procurement Team and Supply Chain Meetings **YOUR PROFILE**: **YOUR PROFILE** - 3+ years’ experience in a procurement, planning or inventory control role - Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of purchase to pay processes and related tasks - Working experience in the ingredient distribution industry advantageous - Experience in SAP or other related ERP software essential - A highly collaborative team player with an early adopter/continuous improvement mindset - Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively as part of a team - Digitally savvy with intermediate Microsoft skills - particularly Excel - Self-motivated with an ability to multi-task, prioritise and take initiative - Strong organisational, time management skills and attention to detail essential - Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships; build credibility and trust with internal stakeholders and customers **OUR OFFER**: Our culture is driven by our values of Safety First, Leadership & Accountability, Employee Involvement & Ownership, Commitment to Excellence, Integrity & Responsibility, Value Creation for Partners.
