**About The Opportunity**

We have an exciting and challenging new opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Paralegal whose primary focus will be to ensuring our organisation complies with all relevant legislation aligned with best practices. The Paralegal/Legal Compliance Coordinator will play an important role in supporting our key stakeholders providing guidance in all legislative and compliance operational matters.

**Duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Manage and update the Signed Legal Documents Registers for contracts, leases, and other agreements, such as Confidentiality Deeds.
- Assist with precedent document/agreement and contract queries
- Ensure correct process is followed for all signed contracts/agreements and documentation
- Coordinate the required updates to TTI policies and procedures through TTI’s external lawyers as required.
- Regularly review company legal policies and procedures to ensure legal obligations are met.
- Liaise with Leasing Agents, Local Council and Landlords regarding TTI premises.
- Maintain and coordinate a training register of all staff that attend legal training.
- Assist with providing advice to stakeholders regrading privacy legislative requirements
- Liaise with the Hong Kong Legal Team in relation to trademark and copyright queries.
- General assistance with regulatory and governance compliance and legal enquiries

About YOU

**Ideally you will have a proven track record in a similar Paralegal or Legal Compliance role or you are an expert legal administrator looking for the next step up in your career. In addition you will have the following skills/experience**:

- Proven experience in collaborating across multiple levels of a business.
- Keen eye for detail in document management skills.
- The ability to identify and consider critical issues, assess and articulate legal risks.
- An ability to use initiative and liaise confidently with various stakeholders.
- The ability to build relationships, trust, and respect with various stakeholders.
- Previous background in commercial or property law would be advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work well autonomously and strong organisational skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
