We’re looking for a Paralegal with exceptional attention to detail and 5 years' experience to join our Melbourne team on a **Full-time** basis. This position plays an essential role in the smooth and efficient running of the **Law** **practice**.

**Responsibilities**
- Working closely with Principals and Lawyers to assist with trial preparation
- Preparation and collation of documents (electronic and hard copy) for Court
hearings
- Legal research and analysis for use by the Principal
- Prearation of papers for client and other conferences, seminars and presentations
- Drafting routine documents and correspondence for review

**Skills and Experience**
- At least 5 years experience as a Paralegal or previous equivalent
- The Diploma of Paralegal practice is highly desirable as is any other legal qualifications equivalent
- Strong research and analytical skills
- A keen interest in broadening their skill set and knowledge of Intellectual Property and Commercial law
