**Job Description**:
We’re currently seeking an operationally focused **Subcontractor (SC) Manager **who will be responsible for leading a group of highly experienced and passionate remote subcontracting allied health practitioners. We have a large group of subcontractors and this role will work alongside another SC Manager and with (co-manage) our SC Administrator.

Some of the responsibilities of the role include
- Lead a mixed-discipline cohort of subcontractors to optimise operational performance, capacity, and utilisation, whilst also cultivating a culture of connection, appreciation and support
- Deliver against and report on operational metrics, such as daily and weekly Client Care Hours, sub-contractor utilisation and projected hours, and ensuring that client budgets are optimised
- Ensure high quality client outcomes by leading the delivery of person-centred programs, according to best practice standards and Therapy Connect’s service delivery model
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business systems and process change to support efficiencies and quality improvements
- In partnership with the Quality Assurance Lead, develop and implement policies, procedures and standards to ensure best practice and compliance with the NDIS
- Recruitment and retention of sub-contractors and managing the performance of the sub-contractor group.

Please note there is no clinical caseload for this role.

**Qualifications**:

- You have significant experience as an allied health professional
- You’re ready to focus on managing people and have experience doing this
- You love what you do - working with people to support and develop them to achieve their goals
- You have experience working within the NDIS and supporting individuals facing a range of challenges.
- Experience working in telehealth would be great (but it’s not essential)
- Client and people centred with a focus on building capacity
- Working with Children Check (clear)
- NDIS Screening Check (clear)
