Exercise Physiologist

We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Exercise Physiologist to join our dynamic team and help clients achieve their fitness and recovery goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess clients' physical fitness, medical history, and individual needs to develop tailored exercise programs.
- Design and deliver evidence-based exercise interventions to manage chronic conditions, improve mobility, and enhance overall health.
- Provide rehabilitation services for clients recovering from injuries or surgeries.
- Educate clients on the importance of physical activity, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care.
- Monitor and track clients’ progress, adjusting programs as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client assessments and treatment plans.
- Stay informed about the latest research and developments in exercise physiology.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology or equivalent.
- Accreditation with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA).
- Experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and motivate clients.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Experience with NDIS clients or chronic disease management is highly desirable.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: $70,000.00 - $105,852.68 per year
