We are looking for an experienced and passionate Speech Pathologist to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose communication, speech, language, and swallowing disorders in children and adults.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address specific client needs.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions to improve speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing abilities.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and physiotherapists, to provide holistic care.
  • Support clients and their families with education and resources to continue progress outside of sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, therapy plans, and client progress.
  • Stay informed about the latest research, techniques, and tools in speech pathology.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Current membership or eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Proven experience working with children and/or adults in a clinical setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients, families, and team members.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
  • Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with NDIS clients is highly desirable.
