- Hands-on delivery and management of end-to-end recruitment for all business units across the group, both domestically and internationally, and
- Development of talent acquisition processes, tools and internal capability to support all stages of the hiring process.

Working from our North Sydney office, you will work directly with the business owners and senior managers. With our team approaching 100 talented people across multiple industries and countries, you’ll enjoy autonomy and variety supporting our group.

**To truly shine in this role**:
**Experience in hiring for the Civil and Structural Engineering industry is critical to this role and is a must-have.**
- Talent acquisition will be your passion
- You will have a ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to support our busy team - this is a stand-alone role that requires energy, attention to detail and involvement every step of the way.
- Your strong knowledge and communication skills will give you the confidence to advise and coach senior stakeholders, provide status updates and keep priorities on track.
