Our group of companies are built on people, so hiring the best talent is critical to our success. To continue our growth, we’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to take on the important role of:

- Hands-on delivery and management of end-to-end recruitment for all business units across the group, both domestically and internationally, and
- Development of talent acquisition processes, tools and internal capability to support all stages of the hiring process.

Working from our North Sydney office, you will work directly with the business owners and senior managers. With our team approaching 100 talented people across multiple industries and countries, you’ll enjoy autonomy and variety supporting our group.

**To truly shine in this role**:

- Your strong knowledge and communication skills will give you the confidence to advise and coach senior stakeholders, provide status updates and keep priorities on track.
- You’ll be someone who brings positivity and credibility to the function and show a real love for matching great people with great opportunities. Our family culture is a key part of who we are, so you’ll be an important role model and ambassador for our brands.
- You’ll also be a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, bringing energy, flexibility, and pragmatism to meet the operational needs across the businesses.
