**Your Role**:
We have an exceptional opportunity for a capable Talent Acquisition Manager/Account Manager who is passionate about leading a team to deliver outstanding results. This role involves working in a hybrid capacity, collaborating closely with the client. As a client facing and hands on Talent Acquisition Manager, you thrive on introducing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to your work. This could encompass projects centred around alignment of the talent strategy with EVP, DE&I, continuous improvement initiatives with business leaders while delivering commercial P&L and KPI objectives

**Your Experience**:

- 5+ year of experience working as a Talent Partner or Recruitment Business Partner within an RPO.
- Demonstrated expertise in influencing and leading a team of Recruitment Partners.
- A strong understanding of data analytics and reporting, coupled with an interest in process improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage diverse stakeholders.
- While industry experience is advantageous, we place greater importance on your ability to learn, adapt and excel in recruiting across various sectors.
