The Role

Reporting into a friendly and down to earth HR Director, this role will see you own the Talent function within a fast paced and creative environment. A hands-on role, you will thrive working at pace and driving the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on hiring top-talent, whilst building strong relationships with stakeholders and working on projects such as employer branding, diversity and inclusion, and onboarding.

The Duties
- Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, sourcing, interviewing and hiring top talent, leveraging from a fantastic brand
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify the best talent in the market
- Drive and re-mould the onboarding process of new starters
- Working closely with the People and Culture team project e.g Diversity and Inclusion and employer branding

This is a fantastic opportunity for a switched on and proactive Talent Acquisition professional to make their next move. An organisation that is fast paced and agile, this role is well suited to someone who is open, driven and eager to learn. Whilst attitude is paramount in this role, experience within an internal talent acquisition function will be of benefit whilst also having fantastic communication skills and stakeholder management.
