**About the role**:
***As a result of an internal talent move, a position on the Talent Acquisition Leadership team has become available. This TA Manager role leads a high performing team that partner with our Technology and eCommerce functions. These business are at the forefront of technology innovation and experience, as well as are progressing through an exciting period of growth and transformation. This is a hugely impactful opportunity for someone who is energised by and interested in the worlds of Technology and Digital, leadership, as well as Talent Acquisition of course.**

**First and foremost, we’re looking for a strong leader, some can someone who can bring together, enable, develop and be a thought leader for the team so they can be at their very best every day. You’ll partner extensively with senior stakeholders across the eCommerce and Technology leadership teams, as well as members of the various teams across People and Culture. There are also a variety of high profile hiring and diversity programs that you’ll play a role in scoping, planning, and executing across these functions.**

**What you'll be doing**:
***You’ll work with the TA Leadership team, your team, P&C leaders and senior business leaders to share insights on key market movements, industry trends and influence on best practice recruitment approaches. You’ll also leverage your relationship skills to understand critical talent needs and workforce in the business to then work with your team and our recruitment marketing team to deliver bespoke campaigns and creative market engagement activity.**
