**The Company**

A global ICT company, with 1500+ employees across Australia. Multi-faceted business across managed services, bio-metrics and communication infrastructure. With a fantastic corporate culture and a huge focus on staff satisfaction.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Finance Director, an opportunity to run a newly created procurement project across the national spend.
- Participate in national bid activity and negotiate best spend practices.
- Document the Proof of Concept via Policy & Procedures, Work Instructions, checklists and guidelines.
- Report process improvements and cost savings to Regional HQ and global HO.
- Assist with project planning around Supplier selection, lead the supplier negotiation process.
- Manage all contract negotiation and become a trusted advisor to the bid team.

**Your Background**
- 3-5 years experience in procurement
- Experience within ICT/Technology sector highly regarded
- Team player, adept at reporting and journaling proof of concept.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with contract negotiation
