**ABOUT OUR CLIENT**
Our client is a Private Equity backed tech product company that's revolutionising their industry through their exciting products and services, powered by AI. Our clients product connects users to utility services and provides options for different types of services available on the market.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As Executive Assistant, you will provide day to day administrative assistance to the CEO and senior leadership team and ensure the smooth running of the office space. You will be the face of the company and be the key contact person for internal and external stakeholders. Your role will be varied and diverse with no two days the same.
**RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Provide day to day administrative assistance to the CEO as well as diary/calendar management for senior staff members;
- Manage the office including purchasing office supplies, coordinating facilities and maintenance management;
- Organise conferences, events and travel as required;
- Develop, implement and maintain new and existing administrative systems, as well as general ad hoc administration tasks;
- Assist with the preparation of contracts and agent agreements;
- Work closely with the HR department for on boarding and set up of new staff;
- Take meeting minutes and manage documents and archives;
- Implement policies and documents e.g. COVID safe policies.
**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Minimum 3 years' practical EA or relevant administration experience;
- Experienced within the Real Estate industry is highly regarded;
- Possess clear and concise written and verbal communications;
- Have a high level of initiative, adaptability and flexibility;
- Proven time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines;
- Are able to manage multiple and competing requests and prioritise workload and support accordingly within a fast paced and changing environment;
- Must have strong Microsoft Office Suite capabilities, and be an expert user of MS Teams and Zoom.
