Support the Head of Finance and CFO - $90,000 - $100,000 + Super + Bonus - PE Environment / Senior Exposure As part of a wider round of accounting appointments The Acquire Group has been retained to appoint an experienced Accounts Receivable professional. This Private Equity backed utilities operator is currently uplifting its internal accounting functions including across all areas. You will be an experienced Accounts Receivable operator who is comfortable working independently and building things from "scratch". This is a fast paced PE environment and this is a role that will evolve and grow quickly. - Oversee the Accounts Receivable function and team performance, in line with organisational policies. - Drive the design and implementation of process improvements to current systems and procedures. - Respond to and resolve supplier and employee enquiries. - Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Accurate and timely data entry relating to invoice processing. - Final review of payments and working within cashflow - supporting the Head of Finance. - Daily, weekly and monthly cashflow reporting. - Support internal projects including new system implementations and process improvement projects. Presenting as a natural business partner, your ability to influence and engage with impeccable communication skills will see you succeed long term in this position.
