**Role Summary**:
Reporting to the CFO, this role will provide key financial and administrative support to stakeholders internally/externally with the accurate and timely processing and reporting of accounts receivable ensuring compliance with accounting standards and other legislative requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be the main point of contact for all accounts receivable enquiries, internal and external customer invoicing enquiries, maintaining a high quality customer service
- Ensure debtor accounts are reconciled monthly or as required
- General accounting tasks as needed, in compliance with tax and accounting standards, privacy principles and organisational guidelines
- Understand and practice the organisation's Risk Management Framework, policy, procedures, reporting and systems and as it relates to AR

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous Accounts Receivable experience
- Tech savviness, with Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, and qualifications in financial services/accounting
- Previous exposure to GST legislative requirements
- Strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment without losing attention to detail
