An exciting opportunity has become available for an experience ecommerce manager to join one of Australia's largest retailers. Based on St Kilda Road, this company offers an excellent culture that thrives on collaborations. Currently operating over 1,000 retail outlets across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore & the UK and employ more than 6,000 people. This is an excellent for career development, travelling internationally, setting up offices in new cities, building new teams and growing with the business as the organisation expands globally

**NOTE: this role is 4 days in the office, 1-day WFH**

**The Role**:
In this role, you will manage two teams, 10 direct reports consisting of Merchandise coordinators and Web developers. You will have the opportunity to take control of all E-Commerce trade and digital channels, build, and execute core business strategy which will have a great impact on organizational performance for one of their well-known brands.

**Duties and Key Responsibilities**:

- accountable for key deliverables and performance improvement across the department
- You will work across CRO road mapping, strategy, agency relationships, campaigns, UX and website development, and performance alongside your team.
- Manage budgets, sales performance management, metric tracking, post season analysis, key event planning management, merchandising, promotions, website metrics & performance, creative development.
- Lead the CRO Roadmap, and enhance e-commerce performance nationwide
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across all channels and communicate with agency partners.
- Conduct regular reporting, strategy meetings and coaching sessions to improve performance
- Oversee website improvement, UX, and similar development projects as required.

**Skills and Experience**:
You will be a self-motivated, knowledgeable eCommerce Manager with a genuine passion for retail. You will also be excited by the opportunity to lead a team, and ready for a big challenge helping to grow a brand into global dominance.

**It is essential you have**:

- 5+ years eCommerce Management experience
- At least two years' experience managing a team
- Strong experience specifically in E-commerce.
- Experience building E-Commerce strategy, CRO road mapping, and the ability to execute tasks quickly and efficiently are essential.
- Strong experience with E-commerce platforms and tools
