**About the role**:
Join a Fashion company that houses a portfolio of brands You will lead the development and implementation of the Ecommerce Strategy across the online stores Focus on commercial outcomes to drive revenue growth through tactics to enhance the customer path to purchase to ensure growth in conversion rates.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and deliver an ecommerce strategy for the Shopify Plus websites from technical to visual aspects.
- Manage product uploads, including imagery, enrichment and categorisation.
- Oversee site merchandising, ensuring it has a fresh representation of product, balancing new arrivals & best sellers.
- Work closely with Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing & Digital Marketing Managers to plan, create and deliver campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor all traffic and website analytics to support continued development of the search marketing and social marketing with the Digital Marketing Manager and External Agency.
- Lead the UX/UI projects for each site as major and smaller ongoing projects through business ensuring key stakeholder engagement and collaboration throughout the process.
- Deep dive into analytical reporting and metrics, including both product selling and site behaviour, to recommend actions to maximise growth opportunities and conversion.

- Experience in performance management skills to support and enhance the team performance.
- Be able to clearly, logically ad impartially gather information to understand the issue(s) and work with team members to move forward in a constructive manner.
- Have strong time management skills and great attention to detail.
- Be able to provide accurate and relevant reports which enhance everyone within the business understanding of online retail.
