**The Opportunity**
Be part of this performing and expanding fashion retail business, as the Ecommerce Manager you will take full control of all Ecommerce aspects of the business and build out the Ecommerce strategy for the brand.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Overseeing and collaborating with other members of the digital team to advance the online performance.
- Developing and executing the e-commerce strategy for the website.
- Developing, planning and managing campaigns and promotional calendars.
- Taking ownership for sales, profit and conversion rates and identifying consumer behaviour to increase overall performance both within Australia and globally.
- Researching market leaders and competitor websites for potential updates and best practices in order to increase sales, customer experience, reduce steps to checkout/duration of checkout etc.
- Liaising with and managing web development agency with current and future website upgrades/optimisations as well as digital marketing agency.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role (within fashion is beneficial, but not essential.)
- Advanced understanding and use of Google Analytics and Microsoft Office.
- Strong time management, organisational skills and initiative.
- Sound problem solving and critical thinking skills, allowing you to pivot and change tactics as required.
