**About the role**:
***
Working closely with our Senior HR Coordinator, this role will support the management of our employee’s full-cycle onboarding process to ensure they feel welcome and are a part of the Harness family as they begin their employment journey with us.

Amongst other things, you will have sound computer skills, previous experience in HR Coordination and/or Business Administration type duties i.e., onboarding new employees; conducting reference checks, data entry, scheduling training, training matrix management etc. and an engaging personality to effectively interact with our diversified workforce.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Must have HR Coordination/Administration experience
- Working ability in Microsoft office suite packages;
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Relevant HR Training or Qualification
- Innate ability to engage with employees and manage conversations
- Exposure to a corporate environment with a sound understanding of policies, procedures, and safety-first culture; and
- Able to start immediately.
