**The Opportunity**:
We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our friendly Brisbane team. In this role you will be responsible for delivering effective people processes whilst ensuring a great employee experience and offering support to the HR / People & Culture function.
- Some of your main responsibilities will include:_
- Processing all employee lifecycle events to agreed service levels including onboarding, staff movements, offboarding and client secondments.
- Resolving and processing all employee and partner enquiries via the HR ticketing system to ensure accurate recording and reporting.
- Provide administrative support and handle first level queries relating to the annual HR calendar of activities e.g. performance appraisals and remuneration review.

- At least 12 months experience in a HR administration / coordinator role
- Strong customer service skills and excellent attention to detail
- Good problem solving skills with a strong focus on achieving positive outcomes
- Proven experience in delivering multiple priorities within a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel
