We have partnered with a leading professional services firm in the Brisbane CBD. They have an urgent need for an expert HR Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis.

**Your new role**

Reporting into the HR Manager this role will look after:

- Managing recruitment end to end
- Onboarding and offboarding of new employees
- Maintaining company and employee records
- Supporting leaders in the business with performance reviews and HR initiatives
- Acting as the first point of contact for all ER matters

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful for this role ideally you will possess the following:

- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field
- Recent experience in a HR coordination or officer position
- A strong understanding of HR practises, legislation and employment law
- Previous experience using a HRIS system
- Be a self-starter who has a high attention to detail
- Be able to build relationships across a range of stakeholders
