In this dynamic role you'll innovate interventions and collaborate with customers and employers to implement effective solutions in the workplace. Your expertise in people-centered case management principles, including barrier management, will drive success and impactful outcomes.

It’s an onsite role with flexible hours available, accommodating either full-time or part-time schedules, including options for 2 days full-time or part-time hours during school hours.

CoAct is a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering everyday Australians through essential employment services and community activation programs. Our team shares a common passion for making a positive impact and giving back to society.

**Description**:
About the role

As Workforce Partner you will be focused on providing ongoing support to customers and employers within the Disability Employment Services (DES) program to ensure sustainable employment and outcomes are realised.

**Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
Build and maintain effective customer and employer relationships
Gain understanding of the role requirements and assess customer fit and training needs
Work with customer and employer to ensure smooth transition into the workplace
Maintain regular contact and provide on-going support with customers and employers
Deliver effective and timely communication and post placement care to both employers and customers
Record all actions within the required timeframes, ensuring all schedules are maintained regularly with documentary evidence

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and use initiative
Knowledge of Disability Employment Services (DES) contract guidelines
Excellent oral and written communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences
Resilient and composed in challenging situations, maintaining a positive attitude
Exceptional relationship-building skills, particularly with employers
An open car drivers licence

Experience & Qualifications

Experience in creating customized employment opportunities and diversity programs
Proficient in exploring job carving and job sharing
Track record in job seeker service delivery and mentoring
Skilled in negotiating with organizational leaders
Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience preferred
