And now, we're looking for a dynamic, people-focused Workforce Business Partner to help us do just that.

The Opportunity

Thanks to an internal promotion (we love to see our people grow), we're on the lookout for a strategic and collaborative HR professional to join our Aged Care and Community Services business unit. This is a full-time, permanent role where you'll be working both in-office and on-site—connecting with leaders, teams, and the heart of our services.

You'll be the go-to advisor for all things people and culture, partnering with leaders to shape workforce strategy, drive engagement, and co-create solutions that make a real difference.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building strong relationships with managers to provide expert coaching and HR advice
  • Leading cultural change and employee engagement initiatives that inspire and unite
  • Designing and delivering strategic workforce plans, talent strategies, and recruitment approaches
  • Collaborating with our Employee Relations team to navigate industrial awards and legislative matters
  • Driving the annual People Cycle—remuneration, succession, performance, and more
  • Partnering with our Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated, fit-for-purpose HR solutions
  • Leading change and communications programs that support growth, restructure, and realignment

What You Bring

You're not just experienced—you're engaged, curious, and ready to make a difference. You have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven success implementing HR initiatives with measurable impact
  • Strong ER/IR knowledge and experience supporting complex improvement programs
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to influence and motivate
  • A strategic mindset with a knack for solving complex problems
