**Role Purpose & Environment**
The Project Change Officer provides training, knowledge and support in the processes, procedures, and tools, used to deliver Programs & Projects at TPG. They will aid the program and project teams throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
**Responsibilities**

- Develop, implement, and ensure processes for document control and change management.
- Track and maintain and issues registers working with the vendor and project management team.
- Managing stakeholders Project Management Plan.
- Support program teams in updating risk, issue and change control information.
- Implement guidelines, procedures, and templates to assist with performance metrics.
- Lead change management meetings with all key stakeholders.
- Monitor routine progress reporting, and support delivery teams in preparation and submission of accurate and timely reports.
- Project database setup and management.
- Interacts with customer and Join-Venture partners or other internal stakeholders to know their exact needs and expectations to complete projects accordingly.
- Customer interaction, before commencement of the project and during deployment stage can help in minimizing or fully controlling errors in project development.
**Knowledge & Experience**
- Previous experience of a project environment and/or reporting experience is essential.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders within a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong skills in the daily management of high volume, time critical documents with good accuracy.
- Above average skills and experience in communication (both written and oral)
- Good time management skills
