**About the role**:
The Project Officer reports to the Projects Lead and is situated within the MacKillop Seasons team in the MacKillop Clinical Services Division. The MacKillop Seasons team provides evidence-based change, loss and grief programs to support children, young people and adults in schools and communities.

**Primary responsibilities include**:

- Contribute to the development of the project plan supporting the management of the allocated budget, resources and reporting against funding agreement deliverables.
- Assist in maintaining the project plans to support the efficient and effective delivery according to the funding requirements.
- Coordinate the relationship with IT and the operational team to continue to improve and adapt the systems required to deliver the training and ongoing support to our customer base.
- Prepare reports for internal stakeholders to assist with project and portfolio management and in conjunction with the project lead, prepare external reporting to meet contractual obligations.

This is a Full-time (24 month) Fixed-Term opportunity based in North Sydney, NSW within our MacKillop Seasons, Clinical Services Division Program. The position reports to the Project Lead.

**Key Selection Criteria**:
The incumbent will have:

- Qualifications in project and systems coordination or relevant experience highly regarded
- Highly developed organisational skills and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate skills in finance and Microsoft Office or similar software including operating systems. Experience in Dynamics highly desirable
