**Your Impact**
Our co-founders, Dan & Russ have spent the past few years perfecting a trailblazing product that is turning SME banking on its head. Our BDR team is the talent pipeline that feeds our Sales team & the engine room of our sales function. You will coach, inspire & nurture our BDR team to deliver a repeatable & profitable pipeline as we sail toward our next revenue milestone. You will play an integral role in developing the future Account Executives of DiviPay, supporting them as they grow their skills and achieve both personal and professional growth.
**A day in the life...**:
- Coach, mentor and develop a growing team of talented Business Development Reps
- Increase efficiency through the implementation of clear processes and leveraging of CRM automation
- Motivate your team and continue to create a team culture of success
- Provide day to day coaching & professional development, including weekly 1:1 meetings, weekly shadow sessions, peer reviews and routine co-selling
- Drive strategic initiatives across the BDR function to increase profit contribution & build sales pipeline
- Further grow the team through recruiting, onboarding, and training new BDRs
- Optimise the BDR business function across all our KPIs and deliver ROI
- Track and communicate daily, weekly & monthly goals to your team to drive consistent performance
- Become an integral part of the Sales Leadership team at DiviPay - work closely with sales managers and account executives to ensure proper alignment on account coverage, target personas, opportunity quality and BDR to AE hand-off
**Skills we'd love you to bring along...**:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience managing a high performing SDR or BDR team
- A track record of problem-solving and fearlessness with trying new ideas and concepts to manufacture pipeline opportunities
- Proven ability to monitor metrics with the aim to increase the productivity of an outbound sales team
- Strong contributor and team player with excellent motivational skills and the ability to influence
- Proficient in the use of Hubspot to support metric and performance measurement, reporting, high quality lead qualification and pipeline generation processes
- Results-oriented leader with a track record of consistently exceeding revenue objectives and building and leading junior salesteams
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate effective discussions within your team and with external stakeholders Undeniable passion for outbound Sales & coaching a team to achieve sales targets
- In depth understanding & ability to strategise outbound sales activities including prospecting & lead generation
- Ability, knowledge, and hunger to step in as player-coach on a daily basis that includes tactical management of BDRs, outbound calls & shadows
