We're looking for a Implementation Manager who is passionate about AI and wants to enable companies to scale their output with category creating product. This role will on the forefront of deploying AI Workforces across businesses and help us meet our demand.
# **Who you are**
- Strong technology foundation with eagerness to expand your knowledge.
- Experience in delivering data/AI projects.
- You love working at a startup: the fast pace, the unpredictability, the high-performance team atmosphere and sense of real ownership.
- Organised, process-driven, independent, and resourceful.
- Eager to learn AI and Agents. Prior knowledge is a plus.
- Proven project management experience in complex environments, demonstrating leadership, communication, and customer management skills.
- Experience of customer-facing and/or technical project management experience.
# **What the job involves**
- Lead successful client deployments of our product as a key member of the Solutions team.
- Manage the delivery of Relevance AI services, including agent deployment and customer training and enablement.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication across internal and external teams.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
- Drive customer satisfaction throughout the implementation journey.
- Help standardise our implementation processes during Relevance AIs rapid growth.
- Ensure our customers are set up for success and value from Relevance AI.
