**About the Role**:
The Practice Manager is critical in designing, iterating, implementing and enhancing the service delivery across products and services for help-seekers. This role will see you ensuring that information, resources, and processes are informed by best practice and clinical standards.

**Role Responsibilities**:
As the Practice Manager, you will collaborate with various teams, providing clear and consistent mental health expertise, which will inform the design and innovation of service delivery.
- You will also:_
- Conduct comprehensive research on mental health information, ideas, and concepts from across the sector.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to design service solutions, products, and experiences that effectively address user needs.
- Listen to and utilise the voices of help-seekers with lived experience to inform design and delivery gaps and solutions.
- Work with Service Designers in conducting user testing interviews and gathering valuable feedback on proposed solutions.
- Organise and facilitate meetings with both internal and external stakeholders, aligning frameworks and insights for maximum impact.
- Partner with product managers to successfully execute on Lifeline's product roadmaps.

**A Bit About You**:
To succeed in the role, you will have a can-do attitude with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. You will also have:

- Extensive experience in the Mental Health, Crisis Support, and suicide prevention sectors and a deep understanding of help-seeking challenges in Australia
- A Postgraduate degree in psychology, counselling, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent work packages, from planning through to implementation
- An action-oriented approach; understanding and managing risks to drive pragmatic change through a consultative process whilst engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Prior involvement in the development of policies, procedures and frameworks
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to work within a team and independently and adapt to changing environments
- A high level of computer literacy and prior frontline clinical delivery experience would be highly desirable for this position
- A current national police check (or willingness to undertake).
