**About You**

You excel at speaking with customers over the phone and in person which creates a valuable experience for everyone. Not only are you an expert at understanding what questions to ask and how to ask them, but you are passionate about providing expertise and knowledge to ensure your customers are able to make an informed decision.

You have a keen eye for detail, and you pride yourself on your ability to find ways to improve. You thoroughly enjoy planning out your day and ensure your schedule is well thought out to ensure you’re being productive with your time. Your calendar may be colour-coded by task or blocked out to complete specific tasks at once.

You able to speak up when you see something that is not working and can you anticipate the needs of other people because you show up for work knowing that the smallest details always make the difference.

You have a positive outlook on life. You are flexible, open to change and are committed to learning.

**About The Business**

For over fifteen years, this local osteopathy practice has been pursuing the vision of advising and motivating patients in prioritising their overall health through a range of allied health solutions. They’ve built a team of highly skilled therapists and front desk staff across two clinics in Mount Waverley and Murrumbeena. Specialising in empowering parents-to-be on their pregnancy journey and equipping over 45's to enjoy fulfilled pain-free lives, they don’t believe one size fits all. Each consultation is unique to their patients’ lifestyle values and needs. Having established a growing and loyal customer base across the southeast suburbs, the co-founders are now looking for a Front Desk Representative to join the team who can help build upon an already great culture that has been cultivated by the staff.

**About the Role**

You will add incredible value to the Front Desk team by:

- Welcoming new and ongoing patients and providing exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face, ensuring each patient is satisfied.
- Speaking with new patients over the phone and getting to know them better to best understand how we can help them with our services.
- Scheduling appointments for patients with the suitable therapist, ensuring the appointments are organised to maximise efficiency.
- Getting to know each of our therapists and their interests so that new patients can best be matched up with them.
- Ensuring all patient information is kept up to date in the system whilst also checking for errors to ensure all important information is accurate.
- Proactively seeking out new information and developing your knowledge in the services provided by the practice, to provide recommendations and relay information to patients.

**Selection Criteria**

To be successful for this incredible opportunity you must have the following:

- Experience in customer service or sales
- Experience speaking with customers over the phone
- Experience in an admin role
- Be able to travel to both the Mount Waverley and Murrumbeena clinics
- Be available to work Saturday mornings

**What Next**

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $27.75 - $39.37 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
