**About You**

Patients feel comfortable throughout each interaction with you and typically look forward to their next session with you

You have enjoyed the process of learning about Exercise Physiology and the overall Allied Health industry throughout your studies and practical experience within the industry. **About the Role**
- The hours required for this role are completely negotiable - anywhere upward of 15 hours per week is fine for the right applicant
- You will treat a mix of private musculoskeletal clients and we will assist you in building a niched case-load to suit a special area of interest
- Appointment lengths will be customised to your needs (both initial and follow up consultations) and level of experience
- We will consider applicants with any level of experience
- You will have access to all of our internal formal and informal clinical mentoring and staff training as well as a PD budget
- We have a highly skilled admin team including a dedicated follow-up manager to assist you at all levels of your role, especially with client retention

As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, you will be responsible for the following:

- Providing exercise rehabilitation services to new and ongoing patients and working closely with patients to create a treatment plan that will improve their overall health and wellbeing.
- Building rapport and genuine relationships with new and current patients that instils Focus Osteopathy's family-like culture and atmosphere.
- Working closely with the team at Focus Osteopathy to achieve the best possible outcome for patients, technically and experience-wise.
- Proactively call patients to maintain relationships and ensure the appropriate steps are taken to achieve a positive outcome for them.

We’ve built a team of highly skilled therapists and front desk staff across two clinics in Mount Waverley and Murrumbeena.

Due to our level of experience within the industry, we understand that having Exercise Physiologists and Osteopaths work side by side is critical to achieving optimum client outcomes. At Focus Osteopathy, Exercise Physiology forms part of our premium option for clients, allowing you to deliver the highest of care and service to patients.

We treat patients with a variety of functional and sporting backgrounds and have a particular interest in empowering parents-to-be on their pregnancy journey and equipping over 45s to enjoy fulfilled pain-free lives. Each consultation is unique to our patients’ lifestyle values and needs. Having established a growing and loyal customer base across the southeast suburbs, we are looking for an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join the team.
