**About the role**

**What you'll be doing**
- Assisting dentists during treatments and procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
- Preparing treatment rooms and sterilising equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness and infection control
- Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining detailed patient records and assisting with administrative tasks as required
- Front desk duties/reception when required (20-30% of your total time)
- Stock control
- Supporting the dental team in the implementation of practice policies and procedures
- Continuously expanding your knowledge and skills to provide the best possible support to the dental team

**What we're looking for**
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Dental Assistant, with a strong understanding of dental procedures and ability to assist with crowns, bridges, root canal treatment, dental implants and some orthodontics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and the dental team
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to use Dental 4 Windows practice management software or quick learner with computers
- A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to continuous learning
- Ability to work with new technology such as Cerec and 3D Printer.
- Ability to do reception tasks such as taking payments, phones calls and booking patients.
- Available to work Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Alternative Saturdays
- Has a the right attitude to learn
