The Projects, Information and Business Intelligence Unit (PIBI) provides Project Management and Change Management services to support Treasury’s IT Work Program. The Project and Change Support Officer works closely with Project and Change Mangers to plan, execute, monitor, and deliver a wide rand of activities with a defined timeframe.

As the Project and Change Support Officer you will:

- Contribute to the goals of the Project Management Office.
- Support governance and secretariat activities for the Program Board.
- Provide project and change support assistance to multiple projects within the unit.
- Assist with coordinating tasks, set priorities, and manage risks within your assigned remit.
- Assist facilitating collaboration across technical teams and business stakeholder groups, through the various stages of projects.
- Have the opportunity to develop understanding of, and skills in project management and change management through formal and on the job training.
- Be approachable and a relationship builder who can communicate with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate good organisational skills and able to re-prioritise tasks and have excellent attention to detail.
- Have the ability to work independently through direction to deliver outputs to meet deadlines.

**Desirable Qualifications / Experience**
- Experience working in project coordination roles.
