Cater Care Australia is seeking a motivated Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of the Business Development team, you will play a key role in supporting our sales function, helping to contribute to the growth of our business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual looking for a role within Business Development.
**The role**:
Coordination of the sales team’s schedules & documentation control.
Working with Marketing to ensure adequate supply of sales-related equipment & collateral.
Daily administration of salesforce, ensuring data from sales teams are maintained & accurate.
Create, communicate & distribute relevant reports to key stakeholders
Provide administrative support to executives and management team members as required..
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
**Skills and Experiences**:
**Your background**:
Proven experience in sales support/coordinator or administrative role.
Advanced communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficient in the use of Salesforce.
Extremely organised with a strong focus on attention to detail.
