**About the role**:
In the role of **Talent Acquisition Specialist**, you will have the opportunity to influence the calibre and character of the team we’re building. You’ll be telling our story in a way that will have the best and brightest wanting to know more. After all, who doesn’t want to do great work with great people?

You’ll be joining an experienced TA team that is focused on consistently delivering outstanding results that underpin the growth and development of the business globally. Working closely with a dedicated group of key leaders in the business, you’ll ensure there is a pipeline of talent to reliably deliver the right people at the right time.

Day to day, you will be involved in end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of roles; technical, operational, and commercial. You’ll be sourcing talent, screening, coordinating interviews, facilitating feedback, assisting with the decision-making process, completing references, offer, contract generation, on-boarding, and induction.

**About you**:
You are driven, tenacious, and resilient. You enjoy building relationships, working strategically and collaboratively, and can influence without direct authority.
- Experience working in Internal Recruitment, Agency or RPO (IT or Professional Services)
- Extensive sourcing experience using tools such as LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search, ATS etc.
- Highly effective communicator with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities while working efficiently and effectively
- Good problem-solving capability and ability to exercise sound judgement, exploring innovative approaches to sourcing strategies
- A flexible approach based upon changing business needs and workload allocation
- An understanding of HR and IR laws and their impact on the recruitment process
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Professional, ethical, and discreet
