Striving to deliver a sustainable and commercially viable future for the organisation, CS Energy is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to play an integral role in ensuring the organisation attract and retain the best talent to support its evolution.

**OnTalent is privileged to partner with CS Energy to recruit a new Talent Acquisition Specialist.**

Reporting to the People Lead - Corporate, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide specialist recruitment and position management services to the broader business, including (but not limited to):

- End to end recruitment at all levels across the organisation including continuous improvement of recruitment processes and supporting tools and systems
- Management of the recruitment and onboarding for CS Energy’s development programs
- Managing relationships with external parties such as agencies, medical providers, background vetting vendors and relocation vendors
- Completing recruitment administration and HRIS maintenance activities for the recruitment module in Success Factors
- Providing advice and support to management and employees regarding contemporary recruitment practices, strategies, systems and procedures
- Data collation, analysis and reporting

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated success in delivering recruitment solutions across a variety of technical and corporate roles in a complex environment, as well as providing insights and market intelligence to your stakeholders. In addition, you will have experience in coaching and educating leaders in best practice recruitment, experience in interpreting legislation, awards and agreements, as well as the ability to manage relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
