This particular role is dedicated to our growing single use and multi-use fermenter and bioreactor portfolio. The range spans from automated multi-parallel mini bioreactors over classic benchtop bioreactors which support fast and reliable development and characterization of processes throughout all phases. It further expands to pilot and production scale bioreactors where the portfolio includes scale-up software, well-thought-out automation software and Process Analytical Technologies.

**Main Responsibilities & Tasks**:

- Be responsible for the assigned product line to support sales target achievement in Australia and New Zealand
- Provide technical support proactively, answer inquiries and resolve implementation problems in the field for customers
- Support quality department in the quality complaint process by troubleshooting and analyzing customers processes for better investigation and resolution
- Collect, compile, verify and analyze data on the assigned product line performance and customer feedback to identify product features that need to be changed to meet customer needs
- Provide basic product training to internal sales and dealers, and running external customer workshops and seminars
- Conduct trials and demos to achieve intended results and create trial reports to product management and sales teams
- Collaborate with interfaces to define the scope and acceptance criteria of trials and build professional trial reports

**Qualification & Skills**:

- Academic degree in biological engineering, biotechnology or other life sciences related field
- Proven experience in a similar position and industry is advantageous
- Familiar with related products, laboratory processes and equipment
- Strong learning ability, and expert knowledge base in this area
- Ability to effectively interface with product / project / division management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Proven software skills, e.g. Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English and ideally in other local languages
