**Role Description**
This role provides an exciting opportunity to join one of Australia's fastest-growing IT Organisations (CRN Fast 50 Finalists 2018 - 2021, Financial Times APAC Finalist 2020 - 2021). We are looking for an IT Computer Technician to join our Technical Support Service team in Dandenong South, servicing the Greater Melbourne area.

**Responsibilities**
- Secure Sanitisation of IT Hardware
- Processing & Categorising New & Used IT Hardware
- Imaging & Configuring of New and Used IT Hardware
- Asset Deployment
- Break-Fix and Part Harvesting of Hardware
- Downstream management for Sustainable Recycling

**Other tasks may include**:

- Preparing wholesale orders for local or international export
- Conducting collections of IT Hardware & Representing Renew IT
- Field Service Work
- A proactive and innovative individual with a customer-orientated mindset
- Punctual and Reliable
- Competent with IT Hardware & Systems
- Strong work ethics with a drive for professional growth and development
- Able to work collaboratively within a team
- Experience in the IT Sector (HW/SW, Within Repair, Warehousing) is advantageous and highly regarded; however not essential.
- Strong communication skills and enthusiastic to progress within the business

All training will be provided upon starting and throughout your employment at Renew IT.

Full-Time Positions are available as well post 6-months training.

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $28.45 - $30.00 per hour
