We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our Supply Chain & Logistics team based at Pinkenba. This is a permanent, full-time role within the National Customer Service Team for our bulk products.

**About the role**:

- Ensure a seamless high standard of service to our customers
- Investigate, resolve and respond to customer queries in a timely manner
- Provide proactive communication regarding deliveries and transportation issues
- Support other business areas with queries regarding product availability and invoicing

**The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, plus approximately one Saturday per month from 6:00 am to 12:00 pm, at an overtime rate.**

**About you**:

- Thrive in a high-volume order processing environment and can maintain resilience
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to learn and pick up new things quickly and easily
- Able to maintain and develop customer relationships
- Have a strong eye for detail, even when processing orders on a busy day
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and SAP
- Ideally, you will have experience within the transport / logistics industry
