Are you currently in hospitality or retail or call centre and looking for a new career in Call Centre?

We currently have customer service roles with a leading company that will provide you with training to start your career.

They also provide Cert III and IV Finance qualifications.

The role requires strong customer service skills speaking to customers about a refund of payment. You will then progress into other areas of the call centre.

You will need to be based in Brisbane and be able to work at least one day either per week or fortnight from the office.

Training will mainly be virtual but you will also be required to go into the office for a day.

Hours of work are between 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities in the role include:

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding a refund on their account
- Maintain accurate account records, ensuring all customer information is up to date
- Adhere to all legislative guidelines and achieve individual KPI's / team targets
- Providing high level customer service in line with client requirements

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

- A proven track record in customer service (Retail/Hospitality) and or call centre environment
- Excel skills
- Professional telephone manner with outstanding communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving ability
- Your own (monitor & keyboard) to be able to work from home (we can provide if necessary)
- Comfortable working independently as well as within a team
