Nearly a century in operation has fortified this iconic agribusiness across domestic and export markets, strategically positioning their national asset footprint to deliver superior product to their distribution channels. Servicing farm gate —> distributors with quality trusted product.

Ultimately you will support the full operation to achieve consistent results in critical deadlines, safety and quality. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will support a 24 hour operation with up to 20 personnel across 3 shifts manufacturing bagged feeds, meals and grains for supply to merchants and producers across domestic and international markets. Along with managing production you will also be responsible for a compliment of site cleaners, maintenance team and transport drivers.

**Success Profile**

**_Essential:_**
- Milling experience _(preferred)_ OR demonstrated **strength** in Manufacturing/FMCG _(either, however one is mandatory)_;
- An innate energy and passion for leading a result driven, cohesive team;
- Ability to take ownership, managing situations efficiently whilst ensuring minimised impact on production

**_Preferred:_**
- Availability Monday - Friday and willingness to be on call for support;
- Recent results in managing strict standards in accordance with Feed Safe/GMP/Quality standards;
- Proven results bringing together a group of diverse team members to work cohesively to achieve common goals.
