**The Product**

Abrasiguard products are manufactured at the company’s 6000m2 manufacturing facility in Salisbury.

The key manufacturing processes include:

- Pipe spool fabrication
- Internal blasting & adhesive coating
- Internal liner casting (centrifugal & moulding)
- External blasting & coating

**The Role**
The new role of Production Manager will lead the Production team for the Abrasiguard product range.

This role will be responsible for maximising the performance, output and efficiency of the Abrasiguard production line. You will be the ‘owner’ of the Abrasiguard value stream, drive improvement using Lean thinking, and bring additional manufacturing processes in-house.

Key responsibilities include:

This is a new role created to handle significant volume growth. It reports to the Head of Manufacturing. It is based at our Salisbury (Brisbane) manufacturing facility. Relocation assistance is available if required.

- Experience running a steel fabrication workshop (including pipe spooling)
- Strong understanding of weld management systems (including weld inspection)
- Experience with coatings (including blasting, painting, & quality control)
- Experience with Lean implementation
