**Your Opportunity**

Our People Operations Team is the engine room of P&I, providing first line of support to our people at KPMG. You will join a fast paced and high-volume environment that is responsible for processing people related administration tasks.

In your new role you will be responsible for activities including (but not limited to):

- Operational exposure to a variety of areas including People Direct, HR Business Partners and wider parts of P&I in addition to the wider firm
- Ownership of administration tasks relating to employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Processing changes to employment conditions in our HRIS
- Maintaining employee records and electronic files
- Communicating with employees and managers to resolve queries at a first level response (phone & chat)
- Support with seasonal projects & campaigns

- Background in high volume call centre environment or administration team
- Formal education, previous experience or a keen interest in Human Resources & the employee life cycle
- Exceptional prioritisation and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and understanding the importance of accuracy
- You have demonstrated experience in delivering a superior service to your customers, be it internal, or external
- Team player who thrives in a continuous learning environment
