**About You**
This is an exceptional entry level role if you are a graduate or interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
As a team we are focused on doing the right thing to ensure we deliver great service. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our fast paced people operations team. People Direct is the first point of contact for all HR related enquiries, partnering with HR business partners, Talent Acquisition and other centres of excellence to support our leaders and people.
On a day to day basis, you will be involved in:
- responding to HR policy queries and requests via ServiceNow chat and cases, and phone
- assisting with the administrative tasks relating to employee onboarding and offboarding
- processing changes to employment conditions
- maintaining employee records and electronic files
- preparing HR reports and statistics, and
- supporting with seasonal projects and campaigns.

- Your ability to strictly follow standard operating procedures and adhere to SLAs is critical.
- You are comfortable and confident working with different IT systems and processes.
- You deliver excellent service through effective management of workload with a continuous improvement mindset.
- You are a team player that takes ownership and is comfortable working both individually and within a team.
