Business Development Representative

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct research to identify key decision-makers and understand target markets.
- Qualify leads based on their needs, challenges, and alignment with EN-LINC’s solutions.
- Set up meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Stay informed about EN-LINC’s products, services, and industry trends.
- Contribute to the improvement of lead generation processes and techniques.
**Requirements**:
- 2 years of BDR (Business Development Representative) experience
- Proven ability in lead generation, prospecting, or a related field (experience in ICT products/services is a plus but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and familiarity with lead generation techniques.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed performance metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
