As a **Private Client Manager** with LANGTONS you will; use your passion for wine to deliver a seamless and luxury customer experience to our database of highly engaged clients, whilst actively building new business opportunities.

With access to the most sought after wines in the world you will cultivate and maintain client relationships whilst delivering and exceeding sale targets.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate for success with the sales team, sales team leaders and key LANGTONS stakeholders to execute and achieve strategic goals.
- Maintain administrative activities including accurate and high quality CRM records of client interactions that adhere to our privacy guidelines.
- Offer guidance to clients on wine storage, cellar management, and investment objectives.
- Remain informed and up to date on industry trends and market activity.
- Be an active representative at all required LANGTONS events.

**Qualifications**

- A passion for fine wine and luxury experiences, with a customer first mentality
- Have strong phone sales experience and skills, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong knowledge of fine wines with Wine & Spirit Education Trust Level II & III or equivalent qualification or the desire to complete them.
- Have exceptional presentation skills and the ability to present in front of a group of high net worth individuals.
- Charismatic and confident communicator, calm under pressure with the ability to easily pivot in a fast paced sales environment.
