**Your opportunity**
This is a truly unique opportunity in the people and culture space. As the People Experience Specialist, you will work closely with the Executive Group Manager, People, Culture & Organisational Performance and collaborate with the wider team to design, deliver and manage HR initiatives across the organisation that bring about meaningful change. You will also drive and manage the team’s communication and engagement strategies and activities, including development of diverse content.
Guided by our Values, you will:
- Identify HR trends, research and recommend best practice and contemporary HR initiatives, and develop suitable business cases and project plans.
- Design, deliver and manage HR projects and initiatives in partnership with stakeholders across the PC&OP team and the wider organisation.
- In collaboration with the communications team, develop, lead and manage our Group’s communication and engagement strategies and execute content through diverse channels.
- Support HR process, practice and business improvements such as, but not limited to policy and procedures.
