As the Product Manager for a portfolio of lifestyle products you will be the key point of contact between **Stratco** and our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and developing relationships with all assigned customers
- Identifying and developing new customers
- Assisting customers to find innovative solutions to problems using **Stratco** products and materials
- Growing sales
- Identifying new product and market opportunities
- Liaising with the operations team to improve product design and customer service
- Preparing project quotations and sales proposals
- Providing product training to other sales personnel
- Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies and procedures

**Skills and attributes**:

- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Minimum five years external sales experience, preferably in the building industry
- Degree qualified in Business or similar will be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Be action oriented
- Be a hands on, practical person with good technical ability
- Be honest, self motivated and a passionate desire to be successful
- The ability to provide solutions to and develop relationships with customers
- Computer literacy
- The ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
